We have been humbled by the number of positive unsolicited comments you have sent us on this year's Round the Mountain Cycle Ride. We can only thank you again for your participation, and support with this fundraising event towards the Taranaki Velodrome project.

We look forward to seeing you and your friends next year.

This is some of your valued feedback:

Thank you for the event and the organisation that went in to it.
While I enjoy nearly every fun ride I enter - I do have to pay a special tribute to your awards ceremony.  I usually skip the awards ceremony because they are increasingly long drawn out and boring affairs.  I went to your one because we had two brand new riders in our team and they deserved to see their first ceremony.  The pre-drawing of the prize winners was a brilliant innovation, the speeches were short and to the point, the selection of prizes within a category was great, and it was all over before cramp could set in from sitting in the same position for too long.  Well done.

Greetings! Thank you for a brilliant hard race but I cant say I enjoyed the weather!!!!  ;-)

Thanks and kind regards,
Gabrielle B

Just a quick note Robert to again thank you for running a successful event on the 2nd January. Weather was a little bit rough but you have no control over that. Can you pass on to all your fellow helpers/organizers my thanks and I look forward to next years longer event.

I really enjoyed myself yesterday, despite the weather. Thanks for putting the race on. ..

Thanks for a very enjoyable ride on the 2nd, probably one of the best organised events I have participated in!
Extra thanks to the volunteers who did the marshalling, they were terrific.

No support crew, drove down Friday afternoon and drove home after prizegiving. Did wonder whether I would make it in the ride when I hit Eltham, the computer speedo took a serious dive.  My ambition is to do the event when I am 70, three years to go and in under six hours conditions permitting.
